About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Estimator to support our US-based construction team. The role involves reviewing project drawings and tender documents, performing accurate takeoffs, and preparing scope summaries. This is a remote position open to candidates in the Philippines, offering either full-time or part-time engagement.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred (not required with strong equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an estimator, preferably in construction projects.
• Prior experience working with US-based clients is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
• Proficient in estimation tools and software (Planswift, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat).
• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and tender documents.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities
Estimation & Takeoffs
• Review and analyze project drawings and tender documents.
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and material estimates.
• Summarize scopes of work and prepare cost-related reports.
Technical Support
• Provide estimation support to the US-based construction team.
• Utilize industry-standard tools (Planswift, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat) in estimation tasks.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all submitted estimates.
Collaboration & Communication
• Coordinate with the construction team to clarify project requirements.
• Communicate effectively regarding progress, issues, and deadlines.
• Contribute to maintaining precision and professionalism across projects.
