About the Role
The General Administrator provides critical administrative, operational, and client service support across the organization. This role ensures smooth day-to-day business operations through efficient communication handling, document management, client coordination, and inter-departmental assistance. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
preferred..
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in administrative, operations, or client service roles.
Skills & Competencies

• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheet, Email and Drive) and MS Office
Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Duties and Responsibilities - Administrative Support
General Administration
• Professionally answer and route incoming calls.
• Monitor and manage shared email inboxes; respond, escalate, or delegate as appropriate.
• Provide company documents, certificates, or contracts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain both digital and physical document archives, including forms and regulatory filings.
• Draft and distribute internal or client communications, such as announcements, policy updates, or notifications.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
Client & Sales Administration
• Prepare and issue client proposals, quotations, or related documentation.
• Manage contracts, including drafting, reviewing for accuracy, and tracking renewals or expirations.
• Support client onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation.
Operations Support
• Assist with operational schedules and updates, including coordinating resources as needed.
• Track and maintain records related to operational activities and compliance.
• Support operational teams with timely communication and administrative coordination.
Customer Service
• Log, triage, and follow up on client inquiries, requests, or complaints.
• Coordinate service scheduling or appointments in line with operational availability.
• Handle inquiries across multiple communication channels professionally.
• Conduct periodic check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
